At Platinum Sculpt, we value your time and ours. Please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment.
All treatments, procedures, packages, memberships (if applicable), and prepaid services are non-refundable.
Payment is for the treatment(s) and/or procedure(s) performed and not for any specific result. Aesthetic outcomes vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for payment for any additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.
Prepaid service credits and accumulated funds are non-transferable. Credit from prepaid services may be applied toward other services at Platinum Sculpt’s sole discretion.
Gift cards may be used toward any product or service offered at Platinum Sculpt. Gift cards are not credit or debit cards and have no implied warranties. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
We require a valid credit or debit card on file for ALL appointments.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee at the discretion of the business.
Appointments longer than 2 hours or scheduled on a Saturday are subject to a non-refundable $250 fee if not canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for no-shows.
We send multiple reminders in the days leading up to and on the day of your scheduled appointment. If you do not arrive for your appointment and have not provided proper notice:
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure adequate time for your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule, and cancellation fees may apply.
Due to safety and hygiene regulations, all product sales are final. Returns or exchanges of prescription or retail skincare products are not accepted.
